What our
Apprentices say
You’re better off starting the apprenticeship than going to school and then coming here, because you get paid to learn. With sheet metal, it is easier to see your progress at the end of the day and it gives you a sense of accomplishment.
When I first started, I was just a duct sealer, but every day you learn something new. As time goes on, they give you more trust and more ability to do your work alone. There’s a lot to learn and room for growth.
