SHEET METAL APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Since 1983, WE’VE proudly provided an in-house sheet metal apprenticeship program to invest in the future workforce of our essential trade industry.

From day one, apprentices earn a paycheck while learning from certified professionals on our team who have over 150 years of combined experience in the field.

Apprentices get to work with their hands right in our state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication shop and see tangible results of their work every day.

We utilize the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum for classroom instruction, which is approved by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Upon completion of the program, apprentices receive a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship and career progression to Journeyman.

Program Benefits

  • On-the-job training in essential fields while earning a paycheck
  • Satisfaction of seeing immediate results of your labor and working on a team
  • One-on-one instruction and mentorship from teachers
  • Opportunities for career advancement upon program completion
  • Certification in a nationally-recognized curriculum
  • No student debt

What our
Apprentices say

You’re better off starting the apprenticeship than going to school and then coming here, because you get paid to learn. With sheet metal, it is easier to see your progress at the end of the day and it gives you a sense of accomplishment.
When I first started, I was just a duct sealer, but every day you learn something new. As time goes on, they give you more trust and more ability to do your work alone. There’s a lot to learn and room for growth.
